Pantheon Industries is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization

Our story

Pantheon—then Paragon—was incorporated in 1983, but did not begin proving recognizable services until the early 1990s. At that point, Pantheon existed to provide vocational assessment and training services for individuals attending a residential school in Genesee Lake, Wisconsin. Pantheon then began providing vocational training and work services for a series of group homes dedicated to individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS). Today, Pantheon is one of the largest vocational services providers to individuals with PWS in the world.

In the early 2000s, Pantheon made the commitment to expanding our community employment services via the creation of the Vocational Development Center. This also coincided with an increased emphasis on partnering with the transition programs at area high schools. Today, Pantheon continues to be a leader in community employment services and works extensively with transition students throughout Waukesha County.

During the 2010s, Pantheon continued to adapt to the changing needs of the individuals we served via the introduction of a sustainable farms/agricultural training program, development of community based prevocational services and creation of our long term supports program. Pantheon also opened our New Berlin location, which allowed us to minimize the travel times for any individual’s wishing to receive services in Waukesha County.

We continue to develop new programming that will further enhance our mission and prepare clients for the realities of today’s work environments.

Helping individuals with disabilities since 1988

Today, Pantheon is working with over 500 clients per year throughout our full array of services
