Providing a full spectrum of vocational opportunities

A comprehensive center based work program

Pantheon strives to make our center based services resemble other “work environments” by providing work that is individually challenging, maintaining a professional work environment, and facilitating the growth and development of both employment skills and interpersonal skills.

Grow your skills

Our prevocational services are an enhancement for those individuals who are currently in center based programming but wish to enhance their understanding of competitive employment.

Transportation

Pantheon provides door-to-door transportation for our prevocational employment services and work centers throughout Waukesha County.

Find meaningful work at Pantheon Industries

While community based employment is the end goal for many of our clients, some individuals are not currently ready for community employment

Our center based employment program provides individuals with the opportunity to increase their vocational skills and prepare for competitive employment while maintaining a consistent schedule performing a wide range of paid work tasks. To help facilitate skill progression, these tasks range from simple one step assemblies to complex tasks using basic hand tools, presses and advanced packaging skills.

Benefits of our work center program

Individuals have a variety of paid work tasks

These include packaging, assembly, inspection, fulfillment, collating and pick/pack/ship duties

Experienced staff who are trained to meet the unique support needs

This includes crisis management, tension reduction, and behavioral redirection training

Providing onsite training in areas of vocational exploration, job keeping skills, and appropriate workplace interactions

We partner with over a hundred local businesses to provide a constant rotation of real, paid work tasks

“Skills to Pay the Bills” curriculum

This curriculum is hands on and covers a variety of topics such as co-worker interaction, customer interactions, problem solving, career exploration and job seeking skills

Community outings and volunteering

We seek to get out in the community as much as possible in order to learn more about and practice interacting in competitive employment settings

Job shadow opportunities

Job shadows help individuals “see” what the work environments are like, ask questions from current workers and supervisors and facilitate more informed vocational decision making
