Pantheon Industries is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that strives to help individuals with disabilities achieve their full potential through a variety of employment opportunities. We believe that in meaningful work lies dignity and self-worth, which is why we emphasize possibilities over limitations.
The mission of Pantheon is to provide a full spectrum of vocational opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
We believe that all individuals, regardless of ability level, have the right to participate in meaningful employment.
Individual choice in services
Pantheon believes that there is no “one size fits all” approach to employment services. We feel that a full spectrum of vocational services is necessary to meet the unique needs of the people we serve. We offer the entire continuum of services, from center based work to community employment, and will work with each client to help ensure them choose the level of service they feel is most appropriate for their long-term vocational goals.
