COVID-19 Update - 7/16/2020
On behalf of Pantheon, we hope you are enjoying a safe summer thus far. While there is a great deal of concern for the events facing our country, we do hope that you are able to find some moments with your friends and family to enjoy the season.
We wanted to provide an update on Pantheon Industries and our response to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic. While there is a great deal of opinions and approaches present in today’s world, Pantheon is taking an apolitical approach and focusing on the recommendations of health agencies and industry best practices to ensure we are providing as safe an environment as possible for those we serve.
In light of an increase in COVID-19 in the State of Wisconsin, along with additional recommendations from the CDC and other organizations highlighting the importance of face coverings or masks in fighting the spread of the disease, Pantheon will be requiring all client participants and employees to wear masks in our facilities starting Monday, July 20th. We will continue to follow all of our other social distancing and proactive infection control policies as well.
This is an extension of our current policy that is requiring face coverings or masks while in Pantheon provided transportation. As with that policy, we will accommodate those individuals who may not be able to wear a mask for health or safety reasons. We have developed a variety of other options to help ensure safety and the site supervisor will be happy to discuss those options if a participant requires an alternative. We are asking participants to provide their own mask or face covering, but will have them onsite should an individual forget or require one.
We are also pleased to announce that Pantheon has invested in Germicidal Ultraviolet Light disinfecting capabilities. This is similar to what is used in hospitals and health systems to help remove viruses and bacteria. We will be utilizing these systems to help sanitize the work environment here at Pantheon.
As always, the group homes, families and guardians are our biggest ally in the prevention of COVID-19 spread. Please continue to ensure that those participating in services at Pantheon are avoiding situations where infection could occur, monitoring daily health and following all CDC recommendations (masks, distancing, hand washing, etc.) when not at Pantheon.
Thank you for your support and understanding. As always, please feel free to reach out to your site supervisors if you have any questions or concerns.

A strong work ethic is a difficult trait to teach. For Erin, hard work and perseverance come naturally.
A big movie fan since childhood, Erin dreamed of working in a theater but worried his disability would stand in the way. He could have viewed his disability as an insurmountable obstacle and just given up. However, Erin met the challenge head-on and got his wish: a permanent job in the kitchen of the newly built Majestic Theater.
