On August 7th the Anthony Avengers and the Bocce Ballers traveled to Eau Claire, WI to participate in the Outdoor Sports State Tournament. Both teams were extremely excited to be able to participate in the tournament.
Anthony Avengers The Anthony Avengers played against and beat the Super All Stars in their first game, which allowed them to advance to the Championship Match. In the Championship Match they played the Rolling Stones, whom they also beat. Please congratulate the Anthony Avengers on winning a gold medal for their first place finish at the tournament.
Bocce Ballers The Bocce Ballers played against the Lucky Stars for their first game. They lost the game which sent them to the Consolation Match. In the Consolation Match the Bocce Ballers were able to beat the Blazing Bombers to win a bronze medal for their third place finish.
