Rachel Gross stumbled upon Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc while she was visiting home over the summer from college. She began her employment in August 2008 and has worked as a first, second, and third shift staff member. Rachel had been the Assistant Manager at Bradford Home and is now the current Assistant Manager at Andrew Home. Rachel attending UW-Eau Claire with a focus on English and Women’s Studies.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys hiking, reading, painting and finding peculiar, unique food venues or shopping in vintage shops.
