Pantheon Industries operates a work program across the street from the ORP corporate office building. This facility includes two large workshops for all activities, fully accessible bathrooms and kitchen facilities, an enclosed cafeteria, a candle production area, commercial laundry facilities, and document destruction facilities. This location also contains a non-work area with a variety of exercise and entertainment options for use in relaxation and program development.

Program

The primary focus of this services program is vocational training and job readiness skills training. This location also provides a comprehensive Vocational Development Center. Occupational and speech therapies are also available. People in this program work on a variety of skills, including remaining on-task, counting, sorting, packaging, social relationships, getting along with co-workers, etc.

Workers receive biweekly paychecks for the work they complete. This program provides support to students from Oconomowoc High School, adolescents living at the Oconomowoc Developmental Training Center, adults living at Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc, as well as other people from the community
