Vocational Specialist/Job Coach: Full-time with benefits will help support individuals with disabilities on community job sites. The right individual will have excellent communication skills, basic computing & reporting writing skills and will be able to work effectively in a team atmosphere. Night, weekends, a current driver's license, and personal vehicle required. Experience in teaching, training, or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, but not required.
Vocational Assistant: Full- time position with benefits working with adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities at an industrial/manufacturing work setting in Oconomowoc. Duties include, but are not limited to: Providing daily coverage, job coaching, set-up and supervision of production work, transportation of clients and production delivery. *You must have the ability to physically intervene as necessary and you must be able to lift 50lbs. regularly.
Drivers transport Pantheon Industries workers from their homes to the centers and work sites. Transportation is provided by utilizing vans, personal vehicles or small buses. Drivers also transport workers on field trips and other community activities. In some cases Vocational Program Assistants also serve as drivers.
HOMEG.R.O.W.N. FARMS Location:
Retail Hut - Flower sales: SEASONAL (April-June, 2-3 days/wk) Weekdays (8:30am-2:30pm and/or 2:00pm-6:00pm). Weekends REQUIRED (10:00am-2:00pm). Pay is $8.00/hr.
Planting Assistant: 30-40hrs/wk and includes some weekends. Job would assist in the production of planting, filling pots, tagging, watering, pruning plants, collecting chicken eggs, and various other jobs. Pay is $8.00/hr.
