Lizabeth Moser has been with Oconomowoc Residential Programs (ODTC and PWHO) since 1989. She has had the privilege of providing support services to individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families in the positions of residential counselor, senior counselor, group home manager, case manager/social worker, and clinical services director. She is currently a psychotherapist with PWHO.

She earned her BS in psychology from UW-Whitewater and her MSW from UW-Milwaukee with an emphasis in direct practice. She completed the first half of her fieldwork at Waukesha Memorial Hospital- Center for Behavioral Health in the outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, and the second half at Oconomowoc Developmental Training Center where she provided individual and group therapy for children who were dually diagnosed.
Lizabeth is certified by the State of Wisconsin to teach HFS83 modules; she created and trained programs from 1996-2009. She has attended and presented at the PWSA conferences since 1997. She is a member of PWSA (WI), PWSA (USA) and the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD). She presented on supports for persons with PWS at the 2007 AAIDD conference.

She enjoys spending time with her daughter, playing cards with family, hiking, taking pictures, drawing and crocheting.
